Exchange Policy :Gold Jewellery :
Gold Jewellery purchased from our online store can be exchanged through our online store or from our Shop Sapana Jewellery Trading Tailor line, zianal Baqer Mohebi Build, Shop No.1, Bur Dubai – UAE. Below are the terms and condition for the exchange:

Exchange done within 15 days:

Gold Jewellery purchased from our online store can be exchanged through our online store or from our Shop Sapana Jewellery Trading Tailor line, zianal Baqer Mohebi Build, Shop No.1, Bur Dubai – UAE. within 15 days from the invoice date without any loss in Gold Weight and Making Charge. This exchange is permitted, provided the jewellery is in its original condition. Only one such exchange will be permitted against an invoice.

Exchange done after 15 days:

For exchange made after 15 days of the purchase, the stone weight (if any) and making charge of the item will be deducted and the actual value of gold as on that date will be provided as exchange value.

Platinum and Gold Coin
Customized Jewellery or Altered Jewellery will not be covered under exchange policy within 15 days. Such jewellery will be considered under “Exchange after 15days”
Exchange policies will not be applicable on promotional products and products sold on special offers
Any gifts issued at the time of purchase should be returned at the time of exchange of the product or the value of the gift will be deducted accordingly.
All local taxes and duties (as applicable) at the point of exchange should be borne by the customer.
